Ingredients
- Scotch whisky60 ml
- Honey and water syrup15 ml
- Whipping cream30 ml
- Tonka bitters4 drop
Method
- Add scotch whisky, honey and water syrup, whipping cream, and tonka bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
