Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Rosé/rosato vermouth22.5 ml
- Fino sherry22.5 ml
- Rhubarb aperitivo (e.g. Santoni)2.5 ml
Method
- Add gin, rosé/rosato vermouth, fino sherry, and rhubarb aperitivo (e.g. santoni) to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
