- Bourbon whiskey60 ml
- Amontillado sherry10 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Averna)10 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth10 ml
Method
- Add bourbon whiskey, amontillado sherry, amaro (e.g. averna), and rosso/sweet vermouth to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
