Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Orange Liqueur10 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)10 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
- Sparkling Water10 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Top with sparkling water
