Ingredients
- Sloe Gin45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice30 ml
- Powdered sugar1 barspoon
- 1⁄2 fresh Egg white
- Sparkling Water90 ml
Method
- Dry-shake sloe gin, fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, powdered sugar, and 1⁄2 fresh egg white in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
