Ingredients
- cube Melon (Honeydew)4
- Gin30 ml
- Green melon liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Maple syrup15 ml
- Egg White15 ml
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Dry-shake cube melon (honeydew), gin, green melon liqueur, fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with top up with soda water
