- Strong Black Tea3-4 tsp
- Fresh Ginger1 oz
- Cardamom Pods3-4 oz
- Whole Cloves3 oz
- Cinnamon1 oz
- Black pepper1-2 oz
- Sugar1 oz
- Whole Milk1 oz
Method
- Add water, tea, ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, sugar, and milk to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled irish coffee mug
