Ingredients

  • Old Tom Gin2 oz
  • Sweet Vermouth1 oz
  • Maraschino Liqueur1 tsp
  • Orange Bitters2 dashes
  • Lemon Peel1 twist

Method

  1. In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz Old Tom gin
  2. Add 1 oz sweet vermouth
  3. Add 1 teaspoon maraschino liqueur
  4. Add 2 dashes orange bitters
  5. Stir with ice until well chilled
  6. Strain into chilled coupe
  7. Garnish with lemon twist

  • Old Tom gin (Hayman's) is specified — it's the slightly-sweet style pre-Martini dry gin.
