Ingredients
- Scotch whisky60 ml
- Blackcurrant syrup15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Absinthe1.25 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake scotch whisky, blackcurrant syrup, fresh lemon juice, absinthe, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
