Ingredients
- Scotch whisky60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Apple juice30 ml
- Maple syrup15 ml
- Ginger ale50 ml
Method
- Add scotch whisky, fresh lemon juice, apple juice, and maple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with ginger ale
