Ingredients
- Fresh Orange Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Maple syrup15 ml
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
- 1⁄2 slice Orange (fresh)
- Bourbon whiskey60 ml
- Sparkling Water30 ml
Method
- Add fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, aromatic bitters, and bourbon whiskey to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with 1⁄2 slice orange (fresh)
