Ingredients
- Manzanilla sherry40 ml
- Gin30 ml
- Pear liqueur20 ml
- Apple/cider eau-de-vie7.5 ml
- Orgeat syrup7.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add manzanilla sherry, gin, pear liqueur, apple/cider eau-de-vie, orgeat syrup, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
