Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey45 ml
- Mango liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Honey and water syrup7.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Ginger bitters6 drop
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, mango liqueur, fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, egg white (pasteurised), ginger bitters, and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
