Ingredients
- Chartreuse Yellow40 ml
- Chartreuse Green20 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice40 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup20 ml
- Water20 ml
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add chartreuse yellow, chartreuse green, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, water, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
