Ingredients
- Red bitter liqueur40 ml
- Blood orange juice20 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water40 ml
Method
- Add red bitter liqueur, blood orange juice, and honey and water syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
