Ingredients
- Old Tom Gin50 ml
- Blanche absinthe5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Raspberry syrup7.5 ml
- Water15 ml
Method
- Add old tom gin, blanche absinthe, fresh lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and water to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
