Ingredients
- Tennessee whiskey50 ml
- Amer Picon20 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water85 ml
Method
- Add tennessee whiskey, amer picon, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
