Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey40 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Lucano)22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Limoncello liqueur10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, amaro (e.g. lucano), fresh lemon juice, limoncello liqueur, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
