Ingredients
- Peated malt whisky45 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Lucano)22.5 ml
- Vermouth amaro (Pun.)22.5 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Add peated malt whisky, amaro (e.g. lucano), vermouth amaro (pun.), and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
