Ingredients
- Carbonated water1 oz
- Gin1 oz
- Dry Vermouth1 oz
- Powdered sugar1 oz
- Orange spiral1 oz
- Lemon peel1 oz
Method
- Add carbonated water, gin, dry vermouth, powdered sugar, and orange spiral to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Garnish with lemon peel
