Ingredients
- fresh Cherry tomato (fresh)1
- Sake60 ml
- Vodka15 ml
- Manzanilla sherry15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup1.25 ml
- Coriander bitters5 drop
- Saline solution 4:15 drop
Method
- Add sake, vodka, manzanilla sherry, rich simple syrup, coriander bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with fresh cherry tomato (fresh)
