Ingredients
- swath Lemon peel1
- Cognac (brandy)30 ml
- Scotch whisky30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Grenadine syrup10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), scotch whisky, fresh lemon juice, grenadine syrup, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), aromatic bitters, and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with swath lemon peel
