Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv52.5 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro15 ml
Method
- Add rye whiskey 50% abv, rosso/sweet vermouth, and cynar/carciofo amaro to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
