Ingredients
- Scotch whisky60 ml
- Liquorice liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Dry-shake scotch whisky, liquorice liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and aromatic bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
