Ingredients
- fresh Basil leaves4
- Limoncello liqueur45 ml
- Dry Vermouth30 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Prosecco45 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add limoncello liqueur, dry vermouth, amaro (e.g. montenegro), and fresh lemon juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into wine glass
- Top with prosecco
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
