Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Limoncello liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Sparkling Water75 ml
Method
- Add gin, limoncello liqueur, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
