Ingredients
- Cucumber (fresh)1 slice
- Gin40 ml
- Gentian liqueur20 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add cucumber (fresh), gin, gentian liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised)
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
