Ingredients
- Water22.5 ml
- cupful Superfine/caster sugar1
- 1⁄2 cupful Lemon juice
- fresh Lemon peel5
- 1⁄4 cupful Limoncello liqueur
- Orange Bitters2 barspoon
- Egg white (pasteurised)75 ml
Method
- Dry-shake water, cupful superfine/caster sugar, 1⁄2 cupful lemon juice, 1⁄4 cupful limoncello liqueur, orange bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with fresh lemon peel
