Ingredients

Method
- Prep: Rim coupe with lemon oil and superfine sugar
- Glassware: Chill the rimmed coupe
- Build: Combine 2 oz citron vodka, 1 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup in shaker
- Shake: Add ice and shake hard
- Strain: Double-strain into the prepared coupe
