- Limoncello liqueur60 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Whipping cream30 ml
- Sparkling Water90 ml
Method
- Fill collins glass with ice
- Add limoncello liqueur, rich simple syrup, and whipping cream
- Top with sparkling water
- Stir briefly
