- Absinthe15 ml
- Sauvignon Blanc wine30 ml
- Apple juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Add absinthe, sauvignon blanc wine, apple juice, rich simple syrup, and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
