Ingredients
- Gin22.5 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- fresh Blueberries (fresh)4
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Apple juice10 ml
- Lavender bitters1 dash
- Rosé champagne75 ml
Method
- Add gin, maraschino liqueur, rich simple syrup, fresh blueberries (fresh), fresh lemon juice, apple juice, and lavender bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with rosé champagne
