Ingredients
- Vodka45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Add vodka, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled champagne flute
- Top with sparkling water
