Ingredients
- Gin, Plymouth1 1/2 oz
- Aromatized wine, Lillet Blanc3/4 oz
- Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain1/4 oz
- Absinthe1 rinse
Method
- Add gin, plymouth, aromatized wine, lillet blanc, elderflower liqueur, st. germain, and absinthe to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled coupe glass
