- Powdered sugar1 tsp
- Lemon1 oz
- Egg white1 oz
- Carbonated water1 oz
Method
- Dry-shake gin, light cream, powdered sugar, lemon, egg white, and carbonated water in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
