Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Crème de violette15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Prosecco30 ml
Method
- Add gin, crème de violette, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with prosecco
