Ingredients
- Orange marmalade2 barspoon
- Cognac (brandy)30 ml
- Bourbon whiskey15 ml
- Red bitter liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
Method
- Dry-shake orange marmalade, cognac (brandy), bourbon whiskey, red bitter liqueur, fresh lemon juice, orange bitters, egg white (pasteurised), and rich simple syrup in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
