Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth15 ml
- Elderflower liqueur7.5 ml
- Peach bitters2 dash
Method
- Add gin, rosso/sweet vermouth, elderflower liqueur, and peach bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
