Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh22.5 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur7.5 ml
Method
- Add gin, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, rosso/sweet vermouth, and maraschino liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
