Ingredients
- Honey herbal liqueur45 ml
- Pineapple Juice45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Fernet liqueur5 ml
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
- Sparkling Water30 ml
Method
- Add honey herbal liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, fernet liqueur, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
