Ingredients

- Bourbon whiskey60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Ginger beer75 ml
Method
- Add fresh, bourbon whiskey, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with ginger beer
