Ingredients
- Cucumber (fresh)3 slice
- pinch Salt1
- fresh Mint leaves8
- Gin60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add cucumber (fresh), gin, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and saline solution 4:1
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with pinch salt and fresh mint leaves
