Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M.22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, bénédictine d.o.m., fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
