Ingredients
- Amaro (e.g. Averna)40 ml
- Orange Liqueur20 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro12.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- Sparkling Water50 ml
Method
- Add amaro (e.g. averna), orange liqueur, cynar/carciofo amaro, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
