Ingredients
- Galliano liqueur15 ml
- Strega liqueur15 ml
- Red bitter liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake galliano liqueur, strega liqueur, red bitter liqueur, fresh lemon juice, aromatic bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
