Ingredients
- Irish whiskey60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup20 ml
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake irish whiskey, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, aromatic bitters, saline solution 4:1, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
