- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Grenadine syrup7.5 ml
- Sparkling Water15 ml
Method
- Add irish whiskey, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and grenadine syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Top with sparkling water
