Ingredients
- Cucumber (fresh)2 slice
- Irish whiskey60 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add cucumber (fresh), irish whiskey, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
