Ingredients
- Guinness Stout8 oz
- Irish Whiskey0.5 oz
- Baileys Irish Cream0.5 oz
Method
- Prep: Half-fill pint glass with Guinness and let settle
- Shot: Layer 0.5 oz Baileys and 0.5 oz Irish whiskey in shot glass
- Serve: Drop shot into Guinness and drink immediately before it curdles
Pro Tips
- Drink fast — the Baileys will curdle if it sits too long
- Fresh Guinness with a proper pour tastes much better
- Note that the drink's name is considered offensive to some; many bars call it a 'Dublin Drop' instead
