- Islay Scotch2 oz
- Sweet vermouth3/4 oz
- Lemon juice1/2 oz
- Honey syrup1/2 oz
- Maraschino Liqueur, Luxardo1 t
- Bitters, Angostura2 dashes
- Lemon zest1 oz
Method
- Add islay scotch, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, honey syrup, maraschino liqueur, luxardo, bitters, angostura, and lemon zest to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
